Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Samyama by Preeti, we pour our hearts into creating a transformative experience for you. Because we secure high-end venues, private chefs, and expert facilitators months in advance, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy to sustain these offerings.

Deposit & Payment Schedule

Non-Refundable Deposit: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable (see Section 3).
Final Balance: The remaining 70% of the retreat fee is due 60 days before the retreat start date.
Late Payments: If the final balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and open the spot to our waiting list.

Cancellation Windows

We understand that life is unpredictable. If you must cancel, the following fees apply:

61+ Days Before Start Date: You will receive a refund of any amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit.
31–60 Days Before Start Date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.
0–30 Days Before Start Date: Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are 100% non-refundable. No exceptions can be made for personal emergencies, flight delays, or illness.

Pro Tip: We strongly recommend purchasing "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance to protect your investment.

Spot Transfers & Credits

We understand that personal circumstances can change. While we maintain a strict refund policy, we offer the following options to ensure your investment is protected and your spot can be enjoyed by someone else:

Transfer to a Friend (Registration Fee): You may transfer your confirmed booking to another person up to 14 days before the retreat start date.
Administrative Fee: A non-refundable registration/transfer fee of $150 to $350 is charged for all name changes.
Note: This fee covers the administrative labor required to update rooming lists, re-coordinate dietary requirements with our culinary team, and reissue the personalized welcome and preparatory materials.
Waiting List Credit: If you must cancel within the non-refundable window and we are able to fill your spot from our official waiting list, we may, at our sole discretion, offer you a credit for a future retreat.
Credit Value: This credit is typically for the total amount paid minus the original non-refundable deposit and a $250 administrative processing fee.
Validity: Credits must be redeemed within 12 months of the original retreat date.

Cancellation by Samyama by Preeti

In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat (due to low enrollment, facilitator emergency, or Force Majeure):

You will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid to us.
Please note that we are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the participant in preparation for the retreat, such as non-refundable airline tickets or travel gear.

05.

Early Departure or "No-Show"

No refunds or credits will be issued if a participant arrives late, leaves early, or misses any portion of the retreat schedule for any reason.
