Scope of Services
Samyama by Preeti offers curated wellness retreats in various global destinations, including but not limited to:
Daily yoga sessions (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin)
Breathwork and meditation practices
Sound healing and holistic therapies
Accommodation and meals as described in the retreat itinerary
Not Included: Airfare, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, or activities not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary.

Booking and Payment
Reservation
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your spot. Full payment must be received by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
Payment Methods
We accept secure online payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified during booking.
Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed once full payment is received and you receive a written confirmation from us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please refer to our detailed Cancellation Policy page for full terms. In summary:
Cancellations made 60+ days before the retreat start date may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit).
Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future retreat (subject to availability).
No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds.

Physical and Medical Condition
Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in yoga or breathwork sessions.
Samyama by Preeti reserves the right to exclude participants from certain activities if their health or safety may be compromised.
All participants are encouraged to consult with their physician before attending the retreat.

Travel Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport, visa) for the retreat destination.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
Samyama by Preeti is not liable for any travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by airlines, weather, or other external factors.

Conduct and Safety
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, and the local community.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption should be mindful and not disruptive to the retreat experience.
Samyama by Preeti reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Samyama by Preeti website—including text, images, videos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Samyama by Preeti. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is prohibited without prior written consent.
08.
Limitation of Liability
Samyama by Preeti acts as an organizer and facilitator and is not liable for:
Personal injury, illness, or accidents during the retreat (participants assume full responsibility).
Loss or damage to personal belongings.
Changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, local restrictions, etc.).
We reserve the right to modify retreat schedules or activities as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
09.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
By booking a retreat with Samyama by Preeti, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
